Store PoliciesShipping/Returns/Contact Info: Use the shipping calculator to get an accurate freight quote. If your item is being shipped common carrier, make sure you give us the name of the business you want your items to be shipped to and also a contact phone number for the bill of lading. Omitting these will delay shipping. Freight charges vary greatly based upon your ship-to zip code and the weight of your shipment. Anywhere from $75 in the Southeast to upwards of $200 in the Northwest. Freight carriers charge an additional $65 for delivery to a residence, church, country club, school or any location they deem to be “residential.” You can usually avoid this fee by picking up at the carrier's local terminal if you need delivery to a residence. Freight carriers also charge for any additional services: liftgate service, appointments and notification before delivery all incur additional fees. When sending items via freight, charges increase only about $20 to $30 for every additional 100 pounds you ship. When you sign for your shipment, you are signing that it was received in good condition. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading or the shipment must be refused. You must do this or any damage to your shipment will not be covered. Everything is sent out insured, but you must fully inspect the shipment before you sign for it to make sure you are covered. No returns will be accepted for variations in color. If you are unsure of a fabric or other color, please request a sample. We will take anything back if it is in new, undamaged condition less a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return freight to us.
